Requests from Law Enforcement or Legal Entity

For information requests for criminal matters, subpoenas, or any other legal documents you are serving to Amplify Exchange, please submit a ticket to us at this link.

If a family member with an account at Amplify is now deceased and you are closing their account, you can submit a request to us as well. We will need a copy of their death certificate, a copy of their last will and testament or probate documents, and either their account ID or login email address. Any such requests will also be subject to our Know Your Customer(KYC) process; while it is not necessary for you to register another account with Amplify, we will require you to provide your relationship with the deceased, First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Country of Origin, Phone Number, Proof of Address, and a Government Issued ID.
