Every year, millions of global residents fall victim to fraud that costs the world economy billions of dollars. If you're a victim, it can wreak havoc on your personal finances. Luckily, Amplify Exchange has a plan in place to help protect you from crypto fraud.
What to Do if You're a Victim
Because fraud can happen at any time, it's important to monitor your Amplify Exchange account regularly. If you discover potential malicious activity:
The victim must complete KYC verification on amplifyexchange.com
The victim must submit a support request, which can be done by clicking this link, providing the information below:
- Detailed description of how the fraud is believed to have occurred
- Screenshots of suspected malicious activity
- Transaction ID for deposits/withdraws or order number for trades
If Amplify Exchange believes there is reasonable evidence that fraud exists, Amplify Exchange may lock the victim's funds temporarily until the issue is resolved.
